Updated: 2026-10-11

The short answer

Slice charges a monthly membership plus a per-order fee, while Menusso charges $129 per month and no per-order fee. As of October 2026, Slice's Online Membership is $39 per month plus $3.00 per credit card order, and its Family Membership is $399 per month plus $2.00 per online or phone order with a $1,000 implementation fee. Neither charges a per-order fee under $10.

What the Slice memberships include

The Family Membership includes branded website, online ordering, the Slice App, loyalty marketing, phone ordering, POS, hardware, an account manager and 24/7 support. The Online Membership covers website, online ordering, the Slice App and loyalty marketing with a single tablet. Both include 2.90% + $0.30 card processing, Google listing optimization, integrations and a month-to-month contract. Add-ons include Flex Delivery from $6.90 per order and an ordering kiosk at $59 per month. Slice says owners keep their customer data and can take the list with them.

Worked cost example: 300 orders at $35

At 300 orders at $35, Slice costs about $1,333.50 to $1,393.50 per month with card processing. 300 orders x $35 = $10,500 in monthly sales, assuming all orders are paid by credit card.

Menusso for the same 300 orders: $129 per month flat and 0% commission. Card processing fees and the DoorDash Drive fee on each delivery trip are paid on top, and the pickup orders carry no delivery fee. Menusso does not publish a processing rate in this comparison, so the processing line is left out of the Menusso subtotal below; ask your payment processor for your rate.

Menusso's subscription is $129; the Slice per-order fees alone are $600 to $900 at this volume. Compare processing separately, since both platforms pass it on.
